Sharing Yunnan’s crossing-the-bridge tradition in Cary, North Carolina.
Our name comes from the ten seconds it takes for noodles to glide through perfectly heated broth. We’re proud to serve a beloved comfort food that spans centuries of storytelling in southwest China.
Ten Seconds was founded by a team who fell in love with Yunnan cuisine and set out to bring its crossing-the-bridge ritual to Cary. We honor the meticulous layering that makes each bowl so satisfying with small-batch broths, thin-sliced proteins, and fresh vegetables that release aroma and warmth with every pour.
Cary is our home, and the surrounding Raleigh, Morrisville, and Apex communities shape our menu. Every visit should feel like discovering a new story, whether you are a Triangle local or visiting Preston Corners for the first time.
